STX OSV Secures new Contract

STX OSV Holdings Limited (“STX OSV”) is pleased to announce that it has secured a new contract for the design and construction of an Offshore Subsea Construction Vessel (“OSCV”) of own design for an undisclosed international customer. The value of the contract is approximately NOK 600 million.
The vessel is scheduled for delivery from STX OSV in Norway in 2012. The hull will be delivered from STX OSV in Romania. The OSCV is designed by STX OSV Design in Ålesund, Norway.
